DA 220 – BUSINESS MODELING FOR BUSINESS ANALYSTS

This two-day course is designed for Business and System Analysts and business stakeholders who are interested in designing and modeling their current and future business processes. The course covers diagramming using UML and BPMN, as well as more agile modeling approaches.  All diagrams described in the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge® (BABOK® V2.0) are reviewed.  Taking this course is an excellent way to prepare for the Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) designation.
